Hey there, and thanks for sending in the application. (Doubly thanks for contacting about adapting to the situation first)

The application looks to be in order. However, there are a couple of areas that need expanding upon, please. Her personality and Strengths/Weaknesses mostly.

Examples include:
-What motivates her, personality wise?
-What upsets her? Frustrates her?
-What other areas does she excel in - both in and out of her job?

Just reply here with the addendum and all should be in order.
